My higher education with a degree in Economics as a „Diplom-Kauffrau", with a specialisation in „Organisation and Marketing“ already included initial insights into human behaviour. Within my scientific work, this topic was assessed from differing points of interest and perspectives, taking into account the principal-agent theory.
Following my university degree, I held various positions in executive search companies with a great pleasure in the years that ensued. I gained many years of experience, beginning with training alternative learning methods in the UK over 20 years ago. This successfully led to the integration and inclusion of young people in the apprenticeship market and appointment of senior executive positions. I have executed high level projects for internationally renowned companies in customer and product operations, as well as directly for Human Resources.
Always curious with globally mindset, I have perceived diversity of personalities, their working environment and the recurring patterns. Not only did I gain a wealth of valuable experience, I was also able to actively and successfully accompany the event.
I consistently bring constructiveness, commitment and empathy. These values are my hallmarks of when my best work happens. I am happy to offer you this range of experiences to and for your company.
